Kinder Happy Hippo Biscuit Cocoa

This product from brand 'Ferrero' under its 'Kinder' range contains a total of 5 individually-wrapped 'hippopotamus' animal-shaped wafer biscuits, each with a milky and cocoa filling, and coated with milk and cocoa flavoured crumbs. The product has been accurately illustrated on the package, making the biscuits aesthetically appealing, and enticing one to consume them.
The biscuits, at first, seem to cater to children. However, their flavour profile is such, that they can be enjoyed by people of all age groups.
The wafer component is crispy and crunchy. It has no distinct flavour of its own, but serves as the perfect 'foil' to the other components.
The milky and cocoa flavours in the smooth creamy filling are brought out very well, reminiscent of 'Kinder' original 'Schokolade' product, which I have had earlier. There is an underlying hazelnut flavour, which comes across as pleasant and not overpowering. The crumbs are also very flavourful.
All the components complement each other very well, ensuring a balance of varying flavours and texture.
The crumbs tend to fall off everywhere when the biscuits are consumed, and the biscuits are therefore best savoured, not had 'on-the-go'.
The biscuits can be easily shared with family and friends.
A minor con, is that, the product box, while praise-worthy for being recyclable, leaves an off-putting musty odour. This does not negatively affect the quality of the product in any way, though.
Overall, this product is worth the purchase.
